Register for your conference below – you can choose to pay the retreat in one transaction or book with just a deposit ($100) and pay the rest off in instalments!

If paying in instalments, you will book with your deposit and be invoiced for six monthly payments. Bookings will be cancelled if invoices are not paid by due dates. Deposit ($100) will not be refunded.
Check your dates – $100 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations on or after June 6th, 2025 receive NO REFUND. Please understand that we will still incur many expenses if cancellations are made at the last minute. Guest may sell their ticket on if they like (RWR will not do this for you).
Guests must organise their own transport to Cedar Creek Lodges (approximately one hour from Brisbane) or organise to carpool (we can post a notice for you in our Facebook page but can not guarantee transport).
Conference ticket includes masterclasses, activities and most meals including morning and afternoon teas, lunches and the social dinner on Friday night. Does NOT include breakfast and does not include Saturday night dinner as this is free time for guests to choose their own activity.
Ticket DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION - rooms can be booked separately directly through Cedar Creek Lodges or surrounding venues.
