By the end of this masterclass, your synopsis will provide you with a handy support system to help with drafting, revising, and even selling your story.

Kate Foster is a best-selling and award-winning children's author living on the Gold Coast with her family and second-hand dogs. Her novels are published in Australia, the UK, and the US, and include PAWS, The Bravest Word, Harriet Hound, The Unlikely Heroes Club and Small Acts.

RWR RETREATER-LED WORKSHOPS
Gain experience in presenting workshops. RWR is bringing back the Retreater sessions! You will have just 15 minutes to present a topic and activity that embraces our theme of 'Soul of Story'.
How can you become a Retreater Presenter for these mini-sessions?
Plan out what you would like to present. All presentations MUST include one activity, we do not have talks, discussion or seminars – we promise workshops. Provide an outline of your topic and your activity to be included in the RWR Workbook.

We will email successful applicants and announce on our Facebook page. **This is not a paid presentation – this is offered only as an opportunity for our Retreater-writers to gain experience presenting a short workshop in a safe and nurturing environment.

Chris organises meals for the Retreat. She also coordinates and edits our anthologies. Chris can help you with any questions, but first check with Cedar Creek staff for enquiries about food as they probably have the information you need.
